Ayurveda for the winter

A few quick tips:

- Eat warm, cooked foods;
Examples: Oatmeal, stir-fried veggies, squash, sweet potatoes
- Drink warming liquids, including warm water

Dress warmly
Stay in a routine
Take regular baths
Give yourself an oil massage several times a week

Herbs:
Ashwaganda, especially for Vata
